On October 14th, the world’s first liquid solar hydrogen refueling station integrated device demonstration project passed the result appraisal organized by the China Industrial Development Promotion Association in Shanghai. Experts from the appraisal committee agreed that the result has reached the international advanced level in general.

 

 

The liquid sunshine hydrogen refueling station integrated device demonstration project is an important part of the liquid sunshine methanol and green hydrogen demonstration project proposed by Academician Li Can of the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is developed by Zhangjiagang Industrial Technology Research Institute and the innovation team of the institute Participate and build a new integrated hydrogen refueling station integrated device integrating in-situ hydrogen production, purification, boosting, hydrogen storage, refueling and carbon dioxide liquefaction and recovery through independent innovation process design and system integration, and research and development by Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics Two key technologies such as ultra-thin high-performance stainless steel palladium membrane purification and low CO concentration water-gas shift catalysis. Among them, the finger-shaped and void structure stainless steel palladium composite membrane independently developed by the researcher Li Hui team effectively solves the problem of rapid temperature rise and fall under the conditions of fuel cell use, and a demonstration production line has been built. The low CO concentration water-gas shift catalytic technology developed by Professor Zhang Wei from the team of Academician Li Can can achieve a CO conversion rate of more than 70% at 180°C.

 

 

In the 72-hour continuous and stable operation assessment, various indicators have reached the expected goals. After on-site acceptance and expert appraisal, the experts of the appraisal committee headed by Professor Jiang Lijun, Vice Chairman of the China Renewable Energy Society and Director of the Hydrogen Committee, and Professor Wang Peilin, Chief Scientist of Shanghai Petrochemical, agreed that the results have reached the international advanced level in general, and agreed Passed the appraisal, and suggested speeding up the construction, promotion and application of demonstration projects.

 

 

The technical person in charge of the project, Dr. Yue Zinc from Zhangjiagang Institute of Industry and Research, said that the project has received strong support from many units and enterprises, and all parties have cooperated closely to realize laboratory research results towards industrial application demonstration. The successful demonstration of this project has smoothed the key technical links from the hydrogen energy production, storage, transportation and supply side to the fuel cell application side, providing an economical and safe green on-site hydrogen supply system solution.

 

The project is headed by Dr. Yue Zinc from Zhangjiagang Institute of Industry and Research, and is strongly supported by Gansu Lanke Petrochemical High-tech Equipment Company, Shanghai Lanbin Petrochemical Equipment Company, Shanghai Yutang New Energy Technology Company, Pujiang Special Gas Company, etc. , All parties cooperate closely to realize the demonstration of laboratory research results towards industrial application. The successful demonstration of the project unblocked the key technical links from hydrogen energy production, storage and transportation plus supply side to fuel cell application side, and provided an economical and safe green on-site hydrogen supply system solution.
